Fancy At The Farm

Saturday was Fancy Work day at Kline Creek Farm. We got to wear our fancy farm dresses and sit in the parlour and work on our fancywork and talk. It was unbelievably cold, so we were more than content to sit inside the house all day.



Heather, Katie, Samantha, Laura, and I were the quintessence of elegant, refined young ladies. Except when we started feeling tired after lunch. Then we decided to go outside in almost subzero temperatures and run laps around the house. Ah. How invigorating.

The Superbowl

We spent Superbowl Sunday at the Aldrin's. We had a lot of fun. It started with a couple of Mom firsts.


Mom loves Dan's tarantulas, especially Precious.


She's now hooked on Dance Dance Revolution.


My parents are the new DDR pros.


Believe me, it was very entertaining.


There was some collaborating over the design of Matt's(aka the Cracajac) new cd cover.


Dan, the brilliant artist.


Randy is such a refined eater.


Most of us didn't really watch the game.


"Come on, Heather! The hummus is goooood!"


"Yum yum! Down it goes!!"

There was plenty of nerf gunning. Just don't give it to Randy.
